How do I customize the email confirmation people receive after giving (or registering, paying)?

Tithe.ly makes it simple for you to customize the email confirmation people receive after they've completed a transaction (eg. gift, payment, registration). You can customize your email by following the below steps:

  1. Login to your Tithe.ly ADMIN account.
  2. Click on the “My Churches” tab on the left side 
  3. of the screen.
  4. Click on “Edit Brand”.

Once on the Brand settings screen:

  1. Upload your logo. It's best if this is on a transparent background and saved as a .png file that is horizontally oriented. 
    • Files must be less than 2 MB
    • Allowed file types: png, gif, jpg, jpeg.
    • Images must be larger than 200x50 pixels.
  2. Set your primary brand color using a HEX value or the color picker.
  3. Add your "From" email.
  4. Add your "Subject" Line.
  5. Add your header graphic.
    • Files must be less than 2 MB.
    • Allowed file types: png, gif, jpg, jpeg.
    • Images must be between 200x200 and 1200x400 pixels.
  6. Add your intro copy.
  7. Add you signature line.
  8. Click on the save button at the bottom of the page when you've made all your changes.

Note: Email intro copy and signature fields accept basic HTML.
